Hi Phil,

Does the estimate of taxes on the fabspeed website include an estimate of duties/brokerage etc. when shipping to Canada (Toronto, specifically). If not, could you let me know via PM what that might look like?

Thanks kindly.

Love my Fabspeed sportcat. Not the cheapest things I've bought for the car, but one of my favorites. It really wakes up the sound (on my otherwise stock exhaust) and adds a touch of power I can feel.

Probably the no CEL warranty...they make you pay for a couple upfront, just in case.

That is a great question. The HJS Cat is where the cost really does accumulate. These are a 200 cell catalytic converter that come from HJS. HJS is the world leader in Catalytic Converters and are what Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mclaren, and Porsche use. We use these for their longevity and their cleaning ability so that you get as much power without any CELs.

This is unquestionably one of the best mods you can put on an M2 IMO. Added power, sound, and throttle response all with no CEL. I can't stress enough how fantastic this downpipe is!

We appreciate the love! I 100% agree with you on this one. Power + sound, and we recommend a tune with it.

Please provide quote for Shipping to Sydney NSW 2000 Australia. I am sure there are a number of Australian customers ordering so might be handy to bulk ship and pass on $ saving.

I have some colleagues here and the total requested order from me is:

2x F87 downpipe with cat
1x F87 downpipe with no cat
1x F82 downpipe with cat

Hate to be a downer. But doesn't the sport cat compromise the pollution system of the M2. I don't even think that it is legal in Washington state.

Not at all. We use a 200 cell HJS cat that keep pollution to a minimum within U.S. standards. The HJS sport cat is legal in all 50 states and guarantees no check engine light. We have never had an customer unhappy with our sport cats!

Kind Regards,
Sean

Glad to hear that. I do know that down pipes are illegal in Washington but they do not have a cat.

Thanks for the input. Cat-less down-pipes are illegal in each state that requires emissions testing.

Kind Regards,
Sean

Quick question but why does your pipe not throw a CEL and others do?

HJS uses 200 cells and they use high quality catalytic cells in their cats. Other companies use less cells that suffer in quality, causing the check engine light.

Thanks. Does that mean that other pipes just 'filter less', having less cells? And am I right in that the stock is around a 400cell? If so, this seems like a great DP.
