Could this be a CS? I can sort of see the wonky carbon roof weave from here if I tilt my head.

Mine went to status 182 “Handover to Carrier(load)” a couple days ago. I assume this means it’s waiting to be transported to Bremerhaven to wait for a boat.

Mine has been in "Production Begins" since the 5th. Someone mentioned that the system updates on Mondays some times. Will be interesting to see if mine updates tomorrow. I haven't called on to check this week.

Same.

I have to say, that going to the BMW website all the time to check on the CS status and seeing that 4 series grill over and over is wearing me down and it no longer shocks me and I'm starting to sort of like the look. Gah! Still not interested in the new M3/M4 though for many reasons.

I like the look of the new m4, m3 not as much. I don't really like the interior. They've gone a strange direction with the interiors. I'm not sure if it's a "less is more" and it just ends up without any wow factor. The in your face color combos were too much. M8comp was a real let down. The x5 gets it right. From the x40i to the x5M the cabin hit the mark. The m8 didn't feel premium enough. The m5comp was was the same. The 2 series at least has the excuse that it's a 2 series.

You need to see the M3 in real life and sit it in. Great looking car, beautiful interior but too big for me though. Still prefer analog dials of M2 though. Though the current M3 is running an X5 dash as they haven't finished the software yet.

If it makes it onto the Integrity or Niagara hwy for arrival in Charleston it should arrive Oct 31.

While following the progress of my new vehicle across the Atlantic I discovered this website shipfix.com which unlike Marinetraffic.com showed the progress of the vehicle across the Atlantic. Marine traffic.com stopped showing the ships progress after it was off the coast of Ireland.

Assuming week-45 production start, what should my expectations be for delivery to Texas?

Week 45 production should put you right at Christmas/New Year for a Houston delivery

I have a Week 41 (Oct 5th) build but it is still Status 112 (Scheduled for Production). Curious if MPSC2 tire choice is cause of delay.

Seems that changing my tire selection bumped me from week 42 to week 46. It also could have been delayed for other reasons but likely it was a change in options.. so tread lightly on changes to builds at this point.

4 weeks on and still stuck on Square 1. Do not pass Go, do not collect your M2CS.
