And I'll repeat a back to back of AA single vs EL mid with same axle back/DP setup.

This. Especially if they're planning on charging $400 (non-res) to $600 (res) more for the new EL mid pipe vs. their standard single mid pipe

I mean the equal length is a ton of welding, took more R&D, and the jig is probably far more complex.

Imagine how many more sales AA would be receiving if they just took all these videos beforehand for customers to actually hear something that's not recorded on a potato. Wild concept I know.

It's very quiet inside the car with my non resonated version. Zero drone

I did a driving video with it and one part with the windows up

I have a hunch I'll end up liking the AA single with the remus race but would prefer the AA EL with a stock axle-back setup. Just a guess and will wait for sound clips before I decide not to swap the EL for my single.

AA single w/ Remus axle has a very clean tone ... perfectly balanced with no rasp. I went back and forth a few times when trying to decide which midpipe to use with my REMUS axle back

Have you already mentioned above in this thread which combination you landed on?

I’m all stock also. How much more volume are we talking about with the non-res version? Roughly.
10% increase? 20?

it's not only about the volume increase, the equal length midpipe changes the sound of the car altogether. It almost does not sound like a turbo car anymore

Oh I definitely understand that. Just wondering how much louder it gets with the non-res vs. the resonated version.
I’d like a subtle increase in volume, but nothing obnoxious and raspy.

Both the AA single and equal length mid pipes eliminate the center silencer and the secondary cats. I have the AA single mid pipe mated with the Remus race exhaust and I love the sound of this combo, no drone whatsoever with the flaps open and closed (although I'm driving with the flaps open 95% of the time except when I'm leaving the neighborhood). I would say if you mate either of them with the stock exhaust you will get about 10 to 20 percent increase in volume.
