Bench unlock in Sacramento or East Bay?

I'm in Lodi, CA and looking for a bench unlock anywhere nearby. Some guy said he could do it but forgot that the DME on the M2 Comp is under the intake tube or whatever and had no tools, so I wasted 4 hours driving to SF and back today.
