Hi guys, today I have strange experience with my dct.
I started engine, put dct into D, push throttle and nothing happened only RPM went up (it looked like there was no gear). I thought that dct went into N (it sometimes happens according this forum) but I still had dct in D. So u put it into manual mode and car started working already without slip.

Has anyone had similar behaviour? I know that dct is specific but this was strange.

M2C, 2020, 25k km.
Thanks

Mine sort of does this after a car wash. The brake pads stick to the rotors. Takes a bit of throttle to break it free. Not slipping though as you described.

Never experienced this, however I will note that I never drive off in D, always in manual mode

That's a good point. I live in seattle where it's very wet so my car frequently has the "stuck brakes" problem when i don't drive it for a couple of days. Wonder if that could be the issue?

did you put it in 'D' and then immediately give it throttle ? maybe the car didn't have enough time to go from R or N, to 1st gear (this was common on my gtr, especially when cold). you can slap the stick from N to D faster than the transmission can actually do it.
