This.

I've also read that if possible, do a DOUBLE layer of Xpel in the rear 3/4 panels as well. Some members here had rocks still punch through with a single layer in that section.

This company offers 5% to everyone. They should offer us more if we all have a BIG group buy!

Which areas, rocker panel / fenders? What tires are you running and size please? I'd like to know when you put these on how it will reduce the impact zones.

I'm in for a group buy as well. Oregon lays rocks instead of salt for ice. Good for no rust, terrible for paint!

Regarding the Automotive Passion CF flaps, one thing I didn't love was the way the installations show it between the metal fender and the plastic wheel well liner. It seems to create a little "opening" at the top of the flap where debris will sneak in and accumulate. Wondering if anyone has noticed this, or if anyone has considered mounting them over the plastic wheel well liner instead, and if that seems possible?

You can mount them over but they will not be as secure.

What makes these palatable is that theyre narrow, carbon fiber, and unobtrusive. Nobody wants big honking old fashioned mud flaps. But the criteria that they be unobtrusive to gain wide appeal is exactly what, to me, makes them look like theyd be largely ineffective at stopping a lot of potential road rash and stone/gravel damage. They look to be about an inch wide. Might stop some, but I doubt they stop most. I have larger PPF applications on the rear hips and have rockers covered, and that seems to be doiing the job so far.

I currently have the Performance Creations mud flaps (below) installed on my car but also have a set of these CF ones in my basement. I've been hesitant to swap them because the Performance Creations flaps have much better coverage and they still don't stop some of the rocks from hitting the rear quarter panel and I feel these CF ones are more for show than actual coverage.

These are the ones I've been tempted to get but I haven't been able to get past the fact that shipping to the US is more expensive than the product itself.
