Oh mein Gott....sooooo ugly. On AW maybe, but on LBB the stripes are a no-go...

The M stripes should represent airflow as far as I understand. I guess not so much on M2.

Those stripes are hideous. As for the parking brake and leaving (or not) the car in gear...it should be left in gear while parked. My wife's 2007 Benz will NOT jump forward if you turn the key to start it. The clutch has to be depressed. If her car has that feature in '07, 2016 BMWs should have as well.

BMW internal marketing note: "people don't like the stripes on the M2 - quick - lets make the left over stripes a $10,000 "heritage" option on the M4 GTS"
