Saw this video on youtube earlier today. About 9 minutes in the driver gives his opinion on the M2 vs M4..
"Let me tell you the truth, it crushes the M4; Right our final test results is 1min 9sec thats on par with the AMG GT S and 911 GTS; that is almost supercar performance" They sure are eating up the M2 and I surely do not mind hearing this.

Thanks for posting. Really enjoyed this vid. Was expecting regurgitated marketing info but seemed like a very open critique.
Once again, video confirms above all else how much fun this car will be. |

I've edited to clarify that my intention was to imply that this is the best M2 review so far (in my opinion). |

I would agree with that, they were tons of fun to watch and seemed genuine and unscripted. No BS in the video.

Enjoyable review. A few things are suspect though. On this tiny track of course the numbers are going to favor the smaller more nimble car. Thing is, saying it had near supercar numbers and comparing it to the 911 GTS and AMG GT S just seems silly. and calling the M4 heavy compared to the M2... What, isn't it like 100 lbs difference?
I definitely don't want to come off as a hater. The M2 seems awesome. For the price I'd definitely have it over my M4, though I think the 4 looks a lot sexier. |
