Yes, that's the whole point of this thread - that MSRP seems to only be going up by a small amount. Pricing strategies and standard equipment vary by market so this doesn't necessarily prove the the M2 Competition in the US will see exactly 3.35% higher MSRP than a 2018 M2, but it's a very positive sign that a base M2 Competition will hopefully remain about as affordable as the current M2 is.

The US is the biggest M2 market. I believe that US buyers will get the best deal on the M2C, probably even a better price option for option than the German market. Hopefully we'll know in about a week.

Is the m2 competition tach guages going to have the adjustable redline (similar to the f80 m3 and previous m-line models)?

I know the existing m2 has a static redline, just wondering if there will be lights for the redline to increase as the engine warms up

Since it is replacing the M2 in Leipzig, I expect it will be the same production capacity. They may tweak it up or down depending on some business decisions that (if they keep to form) make absolutely no sense. But should be roughly the same production rate.. slow at first if they have manufacturing glitches, then up to normal (whatever that is).
