This doesn't sound like anything suspension or subframe related because there is 0 reason why it wouldn't happen at higher speeds.

If you're staying in the same gear... i can only imagine the diff is messed up.

The issue is one wouldn't go over the degree of unevenness needed for the issue to present itself at speed.

The initial sound is the ebrake releasing.
Not sure about the others while driving.

Had a similar issue.

Thought it was a pebble caught in brake caliper.

Ended up being one of the two bolts holding the exhaust up. Diagnosed it without a dealer visit.

Hand torqued it and applied loctite.

Try it out. Might be an easy fix.
