M2 at 2015 Geneva Motor Show?

Yeah, and some other nice reveals Focus RS, 911 GTRS and Cayman GT4 and new Ferrari

Certain there's more in the BMW locker, surely the 7er is due a showing soon or will the defo be Frankfurt, hmm.

Still 1 month to go.

That would absolutely suck if the car is not in Geneva. I'm getting a little worried because all the other players have shown their hands (GT4, 488, ect ect).

The problem is that if it's not in Geneva, there's not another big international show until until potentially the Shanghai Auto show, and then it's Frankfurt... if we miss Geneva, it's going to be a hell of a long wait, which is getting pretty unbearable.

Ouch. I had a feeling that was going to happen. I guess the concept will be released like the M4 at some event and not a car show

I guess that a later, separate launch - once the car is quasi final - attracts more attention, rather than being "one of the crowd" at the Geneva Motor Show.

And considering the cars that are going to show up (GT4, 488, ect ect ect), it was going to be a tough one. Regardless, if the M2 Concept showed up in Geneva, it would have created just as big of a commotion because it's also an important car. Shame.

Isn't there a chance that BMW will do a surprise showing of the M2 Concept at the Geneva show?

I just did a search and there was no BMW press release saying that the M4 Concept would be shown at Pebble Beach.They only had a press release after the car was shown there.

You could be on to something with the surprise showing... Scott26 did say himself that there will be absolute silence on the subject, until March..

This could indicate that they will not be making an announcement for the car but just springing it on us?

Unless BMW has already revealed a concept car online, they do not discuss it in these autoshow preview press releases.
