Got a production number a week and a half ago but I'm still status 111.

Only one person has gotten status 112. Production starts in July, and when it does we should see better information regarding scheduling.

Where you see the status, my garage? It does not give a number like 111 or 112. All it says order received.

You have to get it from your sales associate - those numbers won't show up on mybmw.

Mine was originally the w/o July 8th but was moved up. BMW NYC ...

I have the same production week. Still scheduled for production for me.

Well it seems that production of the M2C has started sooner than expected. Every 2019 SOP chart that I've seen shows 7/2018 as the SOP. You guys should be getting cars delivered to the US before the Sept. 17th launch date.

First I read about people not being able to pick up at the Welt for ED of the M2C until Sept. 17th because apparently that is the "launch" date. I called BMW NA and confirmed that no ED (for the US at least) before Sept. 17th.

hmmm this could be bad. If thats the official launch date, we wont be able to get our cars until then. I dont want my car sitting at a dealership with people sitting in it and touching it for a month.

So you were originally scheduled for week 31 and according to your screenshot it's been move up to week 28, which is still more than 2 weeks away and the car is already in production. That's very interesting but at least good news! Congrats!

Yes thanks! I was scheduled for week 31 when I received allocation. Logged on this morning and status changed to prod begins

not sure why I got moved up, but I did. Now trying to figure out the official launch date so I know when I can get my car

I called BMW myself and was told I can not pick up my car until September 17th at the Welt (European Delivery). I was told nobody can take delivery before that date. Not sure about Canada, but my guess, is people will not be able to take delivery before 9/17 and the cars will have to sit at the dealer, the official release is 9/17.
