who installed a complete Akrapovic exhaust ?

I would like to have your opinion:
the only flaw to put into perspective is the muffled sound of the M2 CS engine
Who put on an Akrapovic exhaust?
do you have a video?
is the sound comfortable with the valves closed?

In Switzerland even the slip-on is not homologated!!

I dont think its muted at 5-7000 rpm. Try it.

I have a M2C and still an M3E46 (with the competition package) both manual... and these cars feel completely different. Connection to the road, steering feel, chassis response, gear lever/clutch feel and obviously the engine...
Never really understood the claim that the M2 is the spiritual successor of the M3E46. Lenght wise maybe but for all the rest...
Doubt it is any different between the M2CS and M3CSL.

I have owned M3 E30, E36 Z3M E46SMGII E46 CSL M2 OG and finally M2CS
I think I can make comparisons:
E36 E46 F87 has very similar dimensions and wheelbases
the behavior is very similar
we can oversteer in the same way
distribution of 50/50 masses are identical
the evolution has made it possible to increase the rigidity of road holding, braking and comfort in terms of steering precision ease of oversteer the M2 CS is the worthy heir to the M3 CSL
I recognize The sound of NA engines cannot be compared with turbo
Nonetheless these two cars represent the pinnacle of BMW M know-how for sure !

If you are changing the whole system and not just a slip-on, what do you do with the OPF? If the OPFs are gone what are you doing with the check engine warning?

AK Motion is a solution U can select OPF Off

I've heard the full Akra with downpipes is very (and unsociably) loud. I've heard the slip on option provides a more sociable option if you live in an urban area. It would be interesting to compare the two if anyone has any experience with either or both.

With the OPF Slip-on it is pretty quiet.
At the same time downpipes is too much. Full Akra without downpipes and without OPF is the best option

I really wish there was another screen option than an in-the-vent install. I really really really would miss my vent. It gets pretty hot here in Texas. haha

there is a clear difference between the evolution line and the slip on Akrapovic the slip on alone has little interest IMHO

If you want to improve the sound there are better option then Akrapovic

I've never been impressed by akra full or slip on,it sounds just louder and not refined
Just my opinion
