Our extensive work with Xtreme-DI has revealed this pump can expand the tuning and performance opportunity of your N55 motor. This is a complete bolt on upgrade and comes with everything needed to make installation a breeze. As you know the price can not be posted here, but it is far lower than our dual pump setup which has a higher fuel capacity.

The installing of the pump is fairly easy but, it must be accompanied by our custom base tune to work correctly which, is included with your purchase and you can use our tuning services for performance tuning or have your preferred tuner take your N55 to the next level with this brilliant upgrade!

Maximum Flow Rate: 195LPH @ 7000rpm

Maximum Rail Pressure 200bar / 2900psi (like OEM)

Fuel Compatibility: all known fuels, all Ethanol blends

Mechanical Data Geometric Pump Capacity 1.22cc (OEM = 0.897cc > +36% capacity)

After doing our own R/D testing we decided to ask an old time friend and industry leader Active Autowerke to do some independent testing and here was their results with an M235i with a Pure Stage 2 (PS2) and our pump on a mustang dyno. As you can see from the data it is supporting 425 wheel horse power and 500 wheel torque on a mustang dyno with pump gas only.

Independent Testing Done at Active Autowerke

Would you be able to PM the price of the fuel pump. I'm interested to see how its support my stage two plus vf engineering software

Thank you. Do you know the part number for the vacuum pump and is it a direct bolt on? Also, will your dual pump option work on early e series n55 if the upgraded vacuum pump is installed? Kind of a big deal if early e series n55 can get the dual pump set up to work.

It flows 36% more than stock. So 400whp should be a walk in the park. Could probably run up to e50 blend as well

My pump has arrived last week...it was very nicely packaged and the product quality looks top notch! Can't wait to install it.

Haha...neither can i! The tune is from Active Autowerke to support FBO with Pure Stage 2 turbos.

Hey TTFS, quick question since your single pump flows about 36% more that would that mean its a XDI-HPFP-35 version from Xtreme-DI. Is there any plans to release the XDI-HPFP-60 which Xtreme-DI claims flows about 60% more than OEM anytime in the future?
