Am I Getting a Good Deal?

I have been working with a dealer here for a 2019 M2 Comp in Hockenheim Silver with ~17k miles. Fully loaded with every package. Carfax came back clean. Only issue was 2 owners in 3 years. Last owner was Ontario Transportation Dept (Canada govt?) for a month, then sold the car to dealer now. Here are the details:

Car Price: $59,700
APR: 3.08%
Term Length: 72 months
Down Payment: $20k
Tax: 8.875% (NY)
BS Fees: ~$2009 (registration: $215; Doc fee: $799; Dealer fee: $995)

Monthly is coming out to $720/mo.

I'm trying to get this down to the car price of $57,250 @ $675/mo.

Any thoughts?

At current times, this sounds like a good deal. I am surprised they are negotiating at all.

Got them to knock down some fees or whatever they decided to cut down, but they came back with an offer of $699/month.

Trying my best to get them down to $675/mo

$24 /month is a deal breaker?

Buy it now and sign before someone else grabs it from you!

Ended up buying the car.

2019 M2 Comp with ~17k miles. Only issue now was when I got home, the CEL came on. Really worried. What do I do? Don't I have a warranty with BMW?

The warranty may be different if originally sold in Canada.
