2020+ owners, have you upgraded the turbos?

Curious if anyone has gone with the Pure Turbos, stage 1 or stage 2? Or post your upgraded turbo setup here!

I've gone TTE hybrid turbos along with all the other engine upgrades and am enjoying 720 BHP. You must upgrade the crankhub though for a one piece. Man its stellar!!

I STRONGLY recommend Mosselman turbos for your M2C. I am running them on my 19, and I feel (opinion incoming) that they are better than the Pures, but less expensive than the Kratos and equal in performance.

They can easily max out what stock internals can handle (hence me limited to 745rwp and 620lbs-t on purpose, and are good well past 800hp. I have seen them be in 1000hp builds and I have yet to hear of a single one fail.

Pure's are good, not saying otherwise but I strongly prefer the Mosselmans.

They don't have anything special, a turbine from the John Kennedy era, if you had Pure before, I suppose that now you feel the car better, basically because the Pure ones have more lag.

Mosselman use old turbine wheels:

Interesting, you are building your own turbos? Why is their turbine wheels a problem?

They are not a problem, they are just old 12-blade turbines, nowadays no turbo company uses 12-blade in their turbos.

Interesting.. well I learn something every day, cool to know. I still recommend Mosselman unless folks have your mad skills to build your own. 8)
