Warranty: BM3 to Dinan

Does anyone know if I go from a BM3 tune to a Dinan one, then will Dinan still warranty my car? ...specifically the crank hub

I highly doubt it but ultimately it depends on how deep they investigate. If they work with your local BMW dealer and find your DME has been flashed and they see different peak boost levels that a Dinan tune would not have then I would expect them to deny your claim
