This would be an idea for the car community, but would start here for BMW.

I was looking where I could possibly locate dimensions for A dashboard. If I needed these dimensions for creative purposes. Is this available? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Go to a bmw dealership that has a M2 for sale and get the measurements you need. Or find one local for sale and contact the seller, see if you can meet up for measurements.
