i saw a white Shelby GT350 today and it looked MEAN. Much meaner than any M2 pics i've seen......if i was in the market for a $50k coupe right now, i'd definitely go for the Shelby GT350.....it sounded AMAZING too.

Love the engine but the GT350 is a huuuuuge car. Even larger than the M4, if you can believe that. A foot longer and 5" wider than a C7. It is literally roughly the same as a Grand Cherokee.

you're right it's huge...but it looks so proportional and functional. UNLIKE the M4, which just looks huge, IMO.

I'd go GT350 over 1M too, those cars aren't even remotely close either. Being in a snowy area, I can't do 500+ hp rwd

The dealership where the sales associate smelled bad in the spring had a different sales manager a few days ago. He informed me the GT350 can be had for MSRP now.
Like a couple modern country songs; ideally it would be best if a female friend had the keys to one of these things. It is not over yet but the thought of a 3500lb and even 3800lb boat is hard to accept. It was funny watching a bit of the countdown celebrations on TV where a person can't even tolerate 30 seconds of a performance. |

This looks out of proportion? Please make an appointment with your optometrist.

I'm in my 30's. In terms of grade level, i've completed 8th grade, not just 7th. Its a car forum on the internet. Don't take it so seriously. |

Ha! well no, i don't live in my parents basement, but that would be nice. I have been meaning to spend more time with them as it stands.
Is it really a surprise to you that posters in an M2 forum think the M4 is too big? Why does that make you so defensive? As far as the "your mom" thing, that is aspirational. I've always had a thing for older women. |

Just puzzled how an M4 could be deemed too big when we are discussing an M2 vs a Mustang which is even bigger than an M4 and has a hood nearly as long as a Corvette hood. |

Well for the record I think both the Mustang and the M4 are too big, at least for what I want out of a car.

I personally think the M4 feels smaller than my former E92M3 and C6 Z06. It is and feels a good bit bigger than the E46M3, however. I drove the new Mustang GT (obviously not the 350) and rented a Camaro SS in Florida last year and they both looked and felt much bigger than the M4. Oh well, to each their own. Looks are subjective and I find the M4 proportioned just right. |

The GT350 (with track package) beat out the mighty Z51 C7 in the most recent C&D comparo....to summarize, the C7 has the better powertrain but the 350 has the better chassis and scored a perfect 25/25 in the 'fun to drive' category. "The C7 generates better numbers than the 350 but with less enjoyment." Both cars trapped 119; the 350 is 12" longer and 338 lbs heavier (3790).

If someone states a purely subjective opinion there's no need to defend your car and attack the poster. Many here don't care for the size and/or styling on the M4. That's why we're in an M2 forum.
