Got my PCD scheduled. Looking for XPEL installer.
Hi Everyone,
I just got confirmation on my Performance Center Delivery for my 2017 LBB with MT. This will be my first BMW. I'll be trading a 2009 GT-R (or selling it depending on what they offer). Anyhow, I'm scheduled for the end of Oct and I'm thinking of taking it straight to get stealth wrapped. Does anyone have recommendations for an XPEL installer in the Raleigh/Charlotte area? Thanks! |

I'm not doing PPF (probably just tint) but if I was I'd go to them. |

Is it easy to schedule a wrap during your PCD? Or is it possible you'd need to stay an extra day or two to fit the schedule?

I had the car dropped off to them same day I got it at the PCD around 3:00pm and it was ready next day 10ish. They wont be able to work on the car before you get it delivered and starting at 3pm they wont be able to finish same day since they need it to sit a while and do a last pass over it.

If you're going south, I used Derek Johnson at Atlanta Protective Films in Roswell, GA. He is excellent! He did Xpel on my M2 and Josh Soufasti did the window tinting. Highly recommend both of them!

Full Coverage Package $1400 installed including sales tax - Full Wrapped Hood - Full Wrapped Front Fenders - Mirrors and Door Cups - Full Front Bumper kit - Headlight kit - Front of Roof and A-Pillar kit Rocker Panel kit $400 Windows tinted with Suntec 35 - $325 (all glass except windshield) I chose to do the full coverage package and rocker panel kit (which includes a piece behind rear wheel well on rear bumpers and a thin piece at the bottom of the doors). Josh will tint the windshield if you want. I chose not to because I tend to get lots of rock chips where I drive. He'll also do Clearplex (google it. It looks awesome) but it requires 2 day install time and I didn't have the time. If I did, I would have definitely done it and he said it costs about $400. Then I would have gotten the windshield tinted 70. Their shop was excellent. Clean and bright. They fit me in on a Saturday. My M2 looked like a Chevy amongst the $1.5 M in Ferraris that were also in the shop at the same time. |
