I would guess you would pick up 10-15 whp and the exhaust would be 15-20% louder and raspier.

I'm considering the same thing you are-CS+ downpipe as I think that will be a nice balance and plenty of power and a nice linear map without a huge top end drop off. I'd probably do the AR resonated d pipes to cut down on rasp.

Downpipes are certainly a warranty killer, so I'm not sure it is worth the risk. A rear section exhaust could make more sense.
