I didn't sell my car. I transferred the lease. There's absolutely no timing that. I got lucky to even find someone to take over the car. Had I not done that, I would've been looking at an M2 in 2019 all while driving a car I really disliked.

Just spoke to dealer. He says there's no 4/15 hold on the car. He said I can take delivery when it gets there next week.

And I'm not being negative. Not my fault someone else is cranky.

If so, please keep us posted as my dealer is adamant that no one is receiving their cars early. If they do the dealer is breaking rank with BMW...

I don't think anyone is getting a discount on HEA cars. Most dealers already have them sold and only a few dealers are actually "holding" them in the showroom (If they are it's not for long - weekend/1 week). My CA said that they would hold mine in the back until I can pick it up on the release date.
