My tech tried to install the above referenced tune on a 2020 M2C and this was his text to me:

“The tune has been a major pain, made accounts, verified email, finally got everything downloaded. Tune fails to upload to the car and now the car wont start, tried reversing the tune. Do you have someone at the flash company to speak to?”

Has anyone experienced this?

Sounds like it’s bricked… try charging the battery while you flash. But do note, that some 20 models as well as late 19’s can’t be flashed. Their ECU’s are locked.

Doubt its bricked, pretty hard to do that. Probably needs a force flash back to stock.

I find PTF support very good when I've had problems with Bootmode.

Aren't 2020 M2Cs blocked from OBD tuning? Has yours had a bench unlock?

Why is your tech doing the tune?, easier to do it yourself seems like he hasn't got a clue 🤔

It was my fault the DME has to be unlocked. My tech does everything because my M2 is at my garage at the track and he does all the work. He’s going to send it out to be unlocked. Thanks guys!
