LBB OG M2 w/Ferric 437's lowered on MPS.

Instead of posting all my new shots in various threads, I figured I'd just make a thread with all them. Hope you guys like them.

I'm a photographer by trade, but I have to tell you, there is just no way to capture how nice they look in real life, so much better than I can capture. Of course, I like the Ferric wheels on all the M2 colors.

Very clean shots. I've seen enough 20 inch ricy wheels on a slammed f80 that this is actually quite classy. 437m is underrated IMO.

Thanks, I think so as well. I wish they presented in pictures as well as they do in real life, but it's not even the same sport. IRL they are wonderful on the car.

I think it's just hard to capture this car in general. The drop doesn't look correct in pictures, the color is a bitch to get right, the wheels don't present, even my favorite focal length needed to be changed.

I wish it was as easy as my Lotus, the car loves every FL, and doesn't have a bad angle.

Thanks. M Performance suspension.

It's not so much talent as technique displayed here.

So yesterday I asked my wife to drive the M so she could give me her opinion on the sound with the Fabspeed sport cat installed, and the ride with the MPS installed. Car looked and sounded fantastic from the rear, I was a bit blown away really. The outside sound in comfort mode is nice, and not too obtrusive, and the MPS + spacers made the car look very muscular and squatty. I've found that it's a very hard thing to capture in pictures, so watching the car go down the road was pretty eye-opening.

Ferric 437s are very underrated and rare to see on M3 and M4s. They look great on your car with the standard chrome bits.

Visual

No bad pics, but I like this one best. . .

Not sure if the M2 is the highlight of your pics, or the 'setting' in which you take the pics? I mean, seems you could make a cold sore look good with your skills.

The subject is always an accessory to me. It was explained to me, very early on in my art career that the difference between a picture and a photograph was that a photograph told a story. And what's a story without background?

So yes, the background is always prominent in my photos. I try to show the viewer something they might not have seen, or something they can't just walk up on at a car show 😊.

Love the pictures - and love the car! There's always something special about that "OEM+" look - subtle mods that really makes it look better :-)

How is it that every M2 owner is a photographer? Or is it the other way around lol

Neither, really, but the demographic probably allows for decent camera equipment, which usually equates to shallow dof, which in most people's eyes equates to being a photographer. In reality, it doesn't. lol
