M2CS Charger Cooler Covers

I am looking to get one of these, but they are out of stock (I am very late to the party).

Are there other shops to get these from? I did not find much more in a Google search.

TIA!

I just bought one from EAS. I wanted a black one with no logo.

I saw those too and they look great, but I prefer the colored version. If nothing becomes available, I may consider it as a backup.

It's a bit much, but better than the $900 carbon fiber engine cover (would grab at half the cost)!

Yes - $160, but I could not resist and snagged the red CS version. The white is still available!

Please be careful with the CF options. They look amazing but can be effected by heat. A fellow forum member sent me pics of his deformed cover due to heat.

s55covers says they have tested these up to 120 degrees Celsius (248 degrees Fahrenheit) and have had no issues. The cooler itself only gets 60-65 degrees Celsius.

Perhaps the OP had an AliExpress special? How hot does an engine bay get under strenuous conditions?

Apologies. I in no way, shape or form intended to rain on your parade. Truth be told, I wanted a carbon fiber charge cooler cover myself because (in my opinion) they look the best. But, I was discouraged from doing so due to an issue someone had. I'm sure the company will stand behind the product if any issues arise and the cover will be great. I hope you love it. Please post some pics when you install - I can't wait to see!

No worries - it's a valid concern.

As someone who tracks fairly often, I can't see how this would benefit anyone except maybe a bit of eye candy in the engine bay. The last thing I'd personally want is something to add another barrier of heat to my tmic...

Yeppers - totally cosmetic. Same as that $900 carbon fiber engine cover over the standard.

That that does not actually alter performance I'm all for.
