Help: Will these 20" wheels fit M2C?

A friend drives a G30 but is selling the car. He can give me a great deal on his wheels.

Wheels are 20x9 +15 with 285/30 tires and 20x11 +22 245/35 tires.

Will these wheels and tires fit my M2C? How about the wheels alone (i.e. I can get new tires if needed)?

My car is completely stock at this point.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Nevermind - seems like upon more research, the lug/bolt pattern is different i.e. 5x112 vs 5x120
