On a side note, stock no-rub/with spacers + dropped fitment is 19 x 9 +17 with 245/35, so he's 3mm inboard of that and has no rub with the 265/30.
Same with the rear. Stock no-rub/with spacers + dropped fitment is 19 x 10 +30 with 265/35, and he's 3mm inboard of that and has no rub with the 285/30. Looks like Edelweiss did their homework. |

I see that most of you are getting 265-30-19 and 285-30-19. Can you not fit 255-35-19 with 285-35-19? I’d like to get these dimensions as I’d like to get slightly bigger tires (35 rather than 30) and not worry about slowing down too much when going over bumps and such, cause the roads aren’t perfect where I live

Remember that front tire clearance on the M2 OG/LCI is *different* than on the M2C-- the fender shrouds are tighter due to the plumbing/ducting for the twin turbos.
What may..... *may* fit an OG M2 most likely won't fit a M2C. THAT'S the problem. 265/30/19 seems to be about as tight as you can get on the M2C. |

Okay that makes sense, I’m talking about street tires. I’m also on the boat with a tuned engine with no traction

A 295/30 is not much shorter than a 265/35, ditto with the 275/30 vs 245/35 A 275/295 30 combo is more ride compliant than a 265/285 30 given the same tyre |

OK, so here is the fitment of the PS4S 265/30 on a 9" wheel (first 3 pictures)
And 285/30 on a 10" wheel. This is in an M2C, lowered to BMW spec (595/600) with no rubbing. On a 9.5 & 10.5 the tire would be outboard front and rear by 6mm, but the tire will crown a tiny bit as well, so fitment should be spot on. And it does appear [to my eye] that the rear bead is larger than the front bead, making the rear seem like more of a stretch than the front. |

If those are Edelweiss wheels I believe they have a different offset to the stock wheels. I think they're ET20 front and ET33 rear which makes them 9mm more aggressive in the front and 7mm more aggressive at the rear than stock.

Translated to 9.5 +27 & 10.5 +39 with the same tires and no rubbing. Then it becomes about strut clearance. With the 9.5 +27 you're 13mm closer to the strut, but it should clear. With the 10.5 +39 you're 12mm closer to the strut, which seems to be plenty, as many guys are running +43 to +45 at the rear with 10.5. |

Edit: I'm surprised those tires still look stretched on stock width wheels. It makes me wonder how stretched they'll look on 9.5" and 10.5" wheels. |

All the Michelins are weird with the bead. Some sizes the bead seems small and the sidewall seems flat, and in other sizes it looks huge and makes the tire seem like it has more stretch than it does. 265/30 & 285/30 are definitely stretched a bit on 9.5 & 10.5, but they're stretched in the same way as the stock 245/35 & 265/35 on 9 & 10. I think these pix do a pretty good job of showing what the 265/30 on 9.5 and 285/30 on 10.5 look like. They are Pirelli, of course, but the specs are near identical, as is the bead. |

It's always so hard to tell.
This is the SAME set of wheels and tires, and they look more stretched IMO, but fitment is absolutely spot on. |

I just got rims for my 21 comp. 19/9.5 and 19/10.5 offsets 23/36. I have coil-overs/camber plates coming in as well. After reading this thread Im debating between the 4s and advan AD08r. I was thinking of the 275/30/19 and 295/30/19 combo. What convinced me is the heavier steering feel and increased grip. I know the Ad08r run wide, should I pick a size down. I don't want it too poked look. I would also consider the 4s in 265/285 if we had a ETA and knew there was enough supply to meet demand. Thank you.

AD08R > S007A > PS4S There is still room on the rear to do a 305 but that's with an offset of ET44. With the ET36 that you have, it's going to be tight and will probably rub if lowered unless you camber out but then you lose the benefit of the wider rubber on the straight I think you better off to run the Advan A052 in 255/275 35 |

I've been thinking about trying the A052 in those sizes on my M2C with stock suspension and stock sized wheels (763M)
I'm currently running PS4S 255/35/19 which do not rub, but I'm a bit disappointed in their performance and steering feel According to TireRack both tires are 26.0" tall (versus 25.8" stock) and both have a section width of 10.2" (versus 9.8" stock) The tread width of the PS4S 255/35/19 is only a little bit wider than stock @ 8.9" (versus 8.8" stock) which is why I suspect they don't rub However, the tread width of the A052 255/35/19 is significantly wider @ 9.5" according to TireRack and 9.6" according to Yokohama As result, I'm a little concerned that they will rub Anyone have any experience running the A052 255/35/19? |

Unfortunately, I think my M2C is less forgiving with overall tire dimensions due to the different front wheel well liners and I can't run 18" wheels without changing my brakes Furthermore, I really like my 19" 763Ms and would rather not change them at this time unless I absolutely have to In any case, it's great that you were able to fit those 265/35/18 A052s because they have a huge tread width at 9.9" according to TireRack and 10.0" according to Yokohama No doubt it also helps that they are only 25.4" tall |

And for what it's worth, I'm using an 18x9 +31 wheel with a 5mm spacer. Basically OEM width and offset. I leave the 5mm spacers on the front all the time. |
