Selling because I will not be proceeding with my M2 mod project at this time, and don't have room to store it indefinitely.

Well I don't think I'd try to talk you out of a gt3 if you can swing it. Just make sure it is something you won't be afraid to drive hard. Does it also have to be a DD (like you are garage space limited)? Just thinking about something like an E36/E46 M3 track car.
