Aware of the issues. I've had little issue

Took the car to my detail guy (Detail Boss) and had the following done:

1) Remove my wheels and performed a thorough cleaning of my wheels which included removing all glue from old weights, etc. and serious detail of the calipers front and back.

2) Actually my wheels had some funky like glue residue on a few of them so they went one step further and polished my wheels

3) Then coat them with Ceramic Pro.

Came out amazing and my calipers look so much more red now.

Getting super excited! My M235iR trunk has finally reached the LA distro hub. It took nearly 3 months for IND to secure one and paint it for me so can't wait to slap that on with my massive APM GT4 wing on there.

I've been 100-120 with 10MM hub centric on the rears no issue.

Haven't done the fronts yet, waiting to do my HAS's also this week.

I have the same tow hook, but after a few weeks I pushed it up flush so just the tip sticks out. Looks less like a tongue hanging out. That's how the CS racing models have theirs too.

Speaking of which, I really want the CSR wing and carbon door inserts.

eh, only reason I'm considering a wing on a CS is since it's from the same lineage. It's this or none.

Plus I don't really need more downforce for a once in a while track car at the cost of drag.

I'm asking IND if they can paint match the side stands along with the gloss carbon airfoil, I think will look sharp.

I guess I've been leaning towards function over form the last couple of years so my regular track usage on the CS necessitates a wing

Honestly not a fan of that cover. I figured that part of the intercooler is meant to expel heat, and adding a metal piece on top just, to me, looks to help retain heat. I could be entirely wrong.

No you're correct. That's where all the coolant is flowing to cool the air rushing across it from the charge pipes into the j pipe down below. Idk how much of a difference it will make though but it being black plate obviously will retain a bit more heat.

Track prep by opening back up the intake ducts that BMW closed up. Also straightening some fins because of all the rocks going through the grill...

Any idea on BMW's rationale as to why they closed them off on the M2? It's a head scratcher to me...

I'm not sure. I don't recall the thread I was reading about opening up these ducts. I had these sitting on the shelf for months but hadn't had the time to get to these until yesterday. But I'm sure I lost value in my car doing this.

From some guy who messaged me on IG that makes these carbon knobs for the CAE.

I'm glad he didn't run off with my money.

That looks incredible. What shifter mechanism is that?

I have cobbled together the below which I really like the feel of, particularly on the track. The knob assembly is from Black Forest Industries, the boot is factory OEM with the original knob snapped off the boot collar, and the spacer in between them is a part I 3D-printed.

Most recent significant mods is converting every suspension arm or bushing to SPL pillow ball / adjustable bits (front lower camber, T-C, tie rod ends; rear trailing, toe, upper camber). The track performance and street handling is immensely improved from the new alignment, as well as the reduced deflection. NVH only went up slightly, and really only on the sharp impacts. Normal suspension movements produce no more sound than stock. This was one of my goals, as I have found camber plates to always introduce more NVH than I like no matter what the bearing design.
