It's on as of this evening. Almost done with the rear and I'm aiming the rear done by tomorrow night.

Ok! Here's a quick update on the past week or so. I'm finally finished and got through a ton of stuff, I of course was just heads down working so I didn't take as many pics as I would have liked and I'm ok with that.

Nothing feels better than wrenching in the garage. I love getting to know my car, troubleshooting and overall I may have trust issues with shops not giving the level of detail/care that I do on my own time/dime. Plus all the money I would spend in labor, goes to more mods!

I'll start with the flex fuel kit by Bend Calibration. Without a doubt, I'm thoroughly impressed with their products AND their service. They've been spot on throughout this entire process. I can't wait to start the datalogging and tune!

Quality components and the harness is completely plug n play, zero issues and it was a breeze to install.

Now onto the good stuff and do I mean good stuff. I'm blown away with everything in all honesty and am so happy that this worked out. Pictured here are Schirmer spec Nitron R3 Coilovers, Complete Schirmer GT Kinematics, Schirmer end links. I also swapped out my 90mm MSI studs for 80mm. This length is better suited as I don't think I'll be running a 15mm spacer ever. The 80mm is good for about 10-12mm if ever needed.

The best part about all this is that Tom Schirmer himself did the kinematics and set everything up.

Had a chance to go for a nice drive on Saturday and WOW WOW WOW. This car is just on another level than before. My MCS performed well but holy smokes the Nitron R3 and Kinematics are incredible. I can't wait to take this to the track!

For now, here are a few pictures that I took, enjoy!

Dayum!! looks just like a Team Schirmer car.

Love the build, there's some serious coin that's been put into this car, tastefully done

In this pic, it's completely done, front and rear kinematics, full Akrapovic DP to tips. I almost shed a tear I was so happy.

Running a true coilover rear set up like you are with the Nitron R3s will not effect anything with the car right? My thinking was that it wasn't a good idea since that point isnt ment to hold the weight of the car.

All F8x is different than the e46/e92 platforms. True coilover rear works just fine with our cars.

No sir! No time for weakness in the knees. 10.5 up front and 11 out back. Classic 265/35 and 295/30.
