It looks like he was running snow tires which should have been good tires for those conditions.

Yup! M2C, BSM, 6MT, Exec, Blue Stitch, Black 788M's, carbon, and moonroof, nothing else. Identical to what I had.

Thanks The wait for the M2C will be hard enough, the wife would leave me if she had to endure me for the M2CS wait. Besides, i'm now kicking around in my Grandpa's 1997 Buick LeSabre. It doesn't seem to corner as well as the M2 did, maybe it needs some MP4S's? Definitely needs new struts.

Yup, Pilot Alpin PA4's, maybe 3k on them. Living in the foothills we get a fair amount of snow, gotta make it home on those surprise snow days. They do very well in the wet too.

In case anyone was wondering, the only mods I had done so far was front end Xpel (full hood and front fenders, extended rear rocker and rear bumper) full ceramic, tint and the Apex SM-10's. She was my daily and had nearly 36k on her in just under two years. Was cashed out at $42k due to the mileage. They found two comps, one at $44k the other at $45k but they had significantly less mileage on them, so I was OK with the settlement. Really just want this to be over and done with and move on.

Good thing the trooper was right there and can witness the accident (and actually a part of it). There should now be no insurance issue on who was at fault.
OP looked to be on winter tires too.
