M2cs: what else would you have wanted?
Ok...So, what else would you have expected or wanted out of this new M2 variant?
For me: 1) New special individual color 2) Manual seat option 3) Navigation Delete option 4) Blacked our Muffler 5) Torque increase of 35-40 I'm sure there are some others I'm just not thinking about...but, let me know what else you guys are thinking? |

I too would have loved to see a truly special color, something like the old Candy Brandywine.
An option to delete the Nav, power windows, and all that heavy jazz would have been fantastic as well. I'm ok with the power, and wheels. |

Over here in Europe manual seats are standard on the M2 CS. Electric front seats with driver position memory are optional.

I was actually surprised to discover that they didn't add the M-Performance Fenders and Carbon Fiber rear trunk
I honestly think that if you de-badge a M2 CS and a M2 Comp with the best (and most expensive) M-Performance parts, even the average enthusiast would have a hard time figuring out which one is the most 'special' version, at least on the exterior |

Hell, but then when that one truly is $100k everyone will complain about how stupid that is because you can build a used one to be twice as good for half as much. Not to mention your "in P-car territory". What's the point in buying a trash BMW when you can put a gt4 or gt3 in the garage. Wash, rinse, repeat........

I for one appreciate that BMW is still making cars like this....although, I'd prefer just a little more for the money, hence the current post! At some point, BMW is eventually going to throw in the towel with these types of cars....or they will be so very different, than what we as enthusiasts want, that it won't much matter anymore. |

1) A button to turn off the rev match
2) An EPS system that provides lots of road feel back to the driver 3) For the US market make the Cup 2 tires available 4) I think we are getting this, but a better designed exhaust that helps the S55's three cylinder versus three cylinder sound ...and those vented front fenders would have been nice.

1) - lighter weight - down 150lbs - a true lightweight.
2) - more torque - up like 20 3) - better color selection (scratch the Smurf and go Estoril blue) 4) - arm rest 5) - 20" rears - 19" fronts 6) - give ya $80K and you got a deal. Yeah right - right? |

Wild thinking:
1) A true coupe shape. Not shorter and much taller than the M4, as disproportional as is. 2) Laser headlight + OLED tail light 3) New front bumper with integrated lip 4) CF rear trunk (new design) Realistic: 1) Exclusive color 2) CF front fender 3) Lowered spring (10~15mm) 4) Marino covered dash and door panel. 5) Sport Seat (recaro rebranded, CS series, not pole position)
