I guess with spacers. What are your tire dimensions?

Can you post some pictures where we can see the whole car lowered? Thanks in advance.

Looks great. These are thread n perch coilovers? Are you in a clean environment or dirty? Asking as I’ve found that the perch threads get dirty n seize...have you had this issue?

Base M2 with stock ride height / stock suspension, but 763M wheels and increased Michelin PS4S tire size (255/35/19 + 275/35/19 instead of 245/35/19 + 265/35/19).

For the record: ground clearance (official stock figures - see also this post):
  • M2 Competition = 118mm
  • E82 1M = 120mm
  • F80 M3 & F82 M4 = 120mm
  • original M2 = 123mm
But do know that lower ground clearance does not necessarily mean lower ride height. The original M2 and M2 Competition got the same height (1410mm).

See also below (original 2017 post here). A friend challenged me that I did not have the balls to do it, but I did it and got in and out - straight line instead of at an angle - of that daunting parking lot with zero contact (though with sweaty palms and at 'tortoise pace'):

That is definitely not the lowest possible height, I've had my car much lower on my kw v3s and still had room to go even more..

With kw v3 you can go lower than MP coils because of different springs diameter

Wow. I can see the camber even from the side view. I guess FL doesn't have speed bumps or inclines

Pretty sure the "flat earth" theorists began in FL! Closest thing to a hill here is a Causeway.

They aren't They only share shocks, but the MP red springs diameter don't allow you to lower the car as the KW V3

How would the diameter of a spring determine the amount a car can be lowered? When I lower my car, there is a knob that screws around the shock, in turn lowering the car. If the design of the shocks are the same, then the capability to raise and lower the car would be the same as well

If you lower the car too much with MP coils you will hit the wheel with the spring because of its wider diameter compared to KW spring.

But do you really need to lower the car more than 25 mm?
