Looking for pictures of lowered M2C

Since I have to finally decide my M2C configuration until end of next week, I would love to see some pictures of lowered M2Cs.

I can't really decide between the new black 788M and the old437M wheels.

In my opinion, the 788M look a bit to "luxury" for a proper sports can, especially compared to the concave 437M which fit quite good to the muscular look of the M2. But maybe that kind of view changes, when you lower a M2C with 788M.

Do you have the option for the 763 ones?

I personally would go for the 788s because they are "designed" for the M2C. The 763s are the only ones that I would choose over the 788s.

...just my noob opinion (first-time BMW owner).

I don't notice the whole lack of concaveness of the 788s, but others have commented that they do have some concaveness to them in real person over photos.

The 788s look fantastic irl, imo... not luxury in anyway to me. They appear chiseled out of billet and have a great appearance in the metal.

^^ As others have stated they were designed for the M2C and it shows.

I would choose them over the 437 design every time. As much as I love the 763 (aesthetically as well as the performance attributes) I feel the 788 design better represents the visual cues of the M2C. The 763s would be my second choice; a slightly distant second, but second nonetheless.

If I decide to track this car, I will buy a set of 763s for that purpose.

I guess the best for you would be to see them "in flesh". Personally after I saw 788M it was clear that I would prefer 437M over them.
788M are fine but they do not look "sport" from my point of view. They make sense on let say a "M240i" which tries to blend sport and style.

As usual it is a matter of personal taste. You can watch pictures or ask, it will not replace your personal experience of seeing them.
Luckily for you, it is less difficult now to see M2C. Ask to your reseller, or ask him get in touch with the distributor in your country so you can see one...

I agree, only 763s (orbit grey or gunmetal, not black or gold) are better than 437s imho.

I went 437s and just went to look at my new car today for the first time.

I don’t like the 788s, lots of spokes, looks too fussy. To me the 437s look more aggressive as the design is so concave.

I appreciate the 788s are the ‘C’ wheels tho.

I didn’t really like the 788’s until I saw them in person.
They are fine, and I think, other than cleaning them, I’ll grow to love them.

437’s looking a little long in the tooth now IMO.

MP suspension looks good there. Do you know what height it’s set at?

If you get a microfibre glove they are not so hard to clean. Special bonus is that your hand looks like a tarantula that’s been in an accident and lost 3 limbs.

The 788s are an incredibly beautiful wheel. I actually enjoy cleaning them.

Black.

I really like this a lot. Why is it that the BSM model looks too high when stock but magic when lowered but HS looks just right out of the factory and a bit dodgy when lowered? Batman versus James Bond? Or a trick of the light?

Trick of the light i think. Lowered would work better on HS if the car would have 20inch wheels.

With 19inch and BSM you won't have that issue as with all other colors, probably thats what make it look so much better when lowered. Its about the distance from around the tyre to the car. That gap between tyre and car does not show up so much on BSM, but all other colors.

The black car is also lowered less than the HS a post before i think. Personal taste of course what looks better.

Can't wait to lower mine next spring

Looks amazing! what suspension did you go with? Any spacers used? it looks really flush. Any rubbing issues? Noted you are in LA area too, is it possible for me to have a ride-along in your car to see how it feels?

Taking into account the muffler, I start to wonder if it will be such a good idea to lower the car. It is like the front carbon lip. It looks great but it can be such a pain to live with...

Going all the way down is not my cup of tea. What I am seeking for is a more subtle drop which should not interfere with the muffler.
