That being said, my dealer has still ordered me a MPE which should arrive end of February. |

BMW Melbourne is having a sale of the M performance exhaust. Don’t know how much though. If I wasn’t getting the M2 competition I would have gotten it

FYI when I was shopping around for an exhaust I was offered $5356 inc. fitment and titanium tips from a dealer in Sydney. This was after quite a bit of haggling
I won't reveal the specific dealer as I don't want them to know its me when people will undoubtedly call up, but shop around and negotiate...I suspect there are huge margins on them Ended up going with Dinan as I preferred the sound and to be honest, build quality on the M performance units are questionable |

So, I just picked up a second LCI today. Black DCT this time. Mo the M expert from BMW Melb is the man to go to for your M car needs!
Anyway a couple of early observations: - the DCT feels a lot faster than the manual, probably due to closer gear ratios - MPSS is more compliant than Contis - DCT suits this car more than I thought it would |

When you're ready to replace the MPSS (which won't be long for you!), try the PS 4S, they're a noticeable step ahead from PSS. |

The new version has a red button in the boot. You need to start engine, get out of car, open boot, press red button to go track mode. PITA. |
