Put them in took 45 minutes and I don't have huge hands!
Tough to get perfect... They will only quieten down sounds from the engine compartment, Sound still come around the door the same way. Interested to go for a motorway drive. Likey 2 days before I do new readings.

Wow. I ran the sound meter today at 120kph.
73 to 75 db. It is hard to believe! I did update the app but assume it still works the same! I guess more noise was coming from the lack of engine gasket than you might think. The car is still not quiet under hard acceleration but the the 350 kbps audio files sound decent at 90mph now. I can safely say. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! The wheel wells are in front of and behind the seats. The insulation is in 2 sections. The one you ordered goes behind the panels by the rear seats. The others go in the trunk.

Appreciate you sharing your findings. I’m looking for the best way to reduce just the tire noise. It’s seems to be primarily the rear tires you hear? What would be the best bang for the buck/time to lower the tire noise?

I'm wondering this also... Panel in the rear side under the side panel arm rests, or the sound deadening over the wheel arches in the trunk?
