Agreed. In black it doesn't even look like a special model because all the lines get lost in the black color.

Blue to me will be the color of I get the M2.

Looks more mature in black. Blue makes it look a bit too juvenile for my taste. Admittedly I am middle age.

Black always is good and understated but a nightmare to keep clean. I like lbb the most but I feel like everyone will be getting that color. I know I am.

It looks wide and sinister in BSM.

I hate black cars.............................. and wouldn't you know I have a black car.

It's always dirty. In Florida it rains every for six months, so one will have layers of water spots.

Get any color but black guys!

so was someone ribbing around the car or are these drone shots? great set either way. agree with others who think the back is the worst angle and that the car overall is subtle. I think car people pick up on it though. as with most of the M cars unless you know what to look for you could easily mistake and M sport for an M, especially at a glance while driving down the highway. Obviously most people reading this are in the minority for picking up the differences. The subtle fender flares and front fascia looks good to me.

It's the wheels. They are not the standard 19 inch ones, but seem like winter wheels. Also, black is a color that has to be clean in order to really "Pop".

The back of this car is so bad. Those selectors really kill it. `

This is why BMW is getting soft... All the comments about the looks and not how it drives

Before, looks were secondary... ultimate driving machine

Now, it's ultimate looking machine

Since so many of us here have been able to try the car already and can comment on how it drives??

Plenty of technical / performance talk in other threads here.

I'm not gonna lie I really really love it in black as it times down the front bumper that I'm not a huge fan of. I would get black for sure.

Looks great in black. I know I'm being picky but I think a rectangular fuel cap would of suited the lines of the car a lot more
