So how much would it cost to install the crank hub fix as a preventative maintenance item?

I haven't seen a single crank hub issue with N55 on this forum even though it uses the same part as S55. On the other hand, if you check the F80 forum, you'll see there are people who experienced this issue with their bone stock S55 so it's not just high HP builds. Of course, the forum doesn't represent the whole picture and I'm sure the overall failure rate is very small but there is still a risk even with the stock engine.

Called CS today. They will not have this available until New Years approximately. They are working on big power setups for M3/4s right now with Pure as the priority. The will have big power solutions for M2C approximately mid 19. He told me they are considering a system for which consumers could buy the tune and upgrade for full applied value of tune when they upgrade turbos in the future. Sounds like an addition 5k or so for turbos later. They are expecting around 550hp and 575tq on tune and north of 600 on turbo upgrade with much better response and improved upper end. These are all made for a stock upgrade. An additional stage is going to be made for engine builds that they also offer. I think I will pull the trigger on stage one tune and upgrade to the stage one turbos as the M2 is my daily. I think this maxes out my daily drivability.
