First Nürburgring session of 2021 (BTG 8min) => chasing G82 M4.
First Nürburgring session of 2021; ended up chasing the G82 BMW M4. Lot's of G80 M3 x G82 M4 around the ring in 2021. Talked with some owners; they thought their car was ugly, big and heavy...but they liked how well the car drove on the Nurburgring (with cup 2 tyres) and how it masked it’s weight.
SET UP M2 - Öhlins Road & Track (18 front / 17 rear) - Pagid RSL-29 brake pads - Steel brake linings - High temp brake oil - Standard Michelin 4s tyres (rear tyres need replacement after today) - Standard M2 exhaust - Standard M2 calipers & rotors - Standard M2 engine

You're right, Cup2s are quicker. I had 2 days on the ring before getting them on, and saved about 12s so far with them on. I know they have more in them.

So my first (and only) day at the Ring this year was A W E S O M E. Half of the usual crowd, cold air, cool asphalt. My car loved it. I got 3 laps under 8min, with the quickest being 7:52.4
I posted another video in the lap time thread, but I have a good short one for here. In case you ever wonder what happens if you enter Pflanzgarten a little faster than usual after the jump. Busy hands.
