For BMW M2: 245/40/18 BMW Relica Rims w/ Michelin PA4 Tires & TPMS. Still lots of thread left. Used lightly for 2 seasons. Rims have NO scratches or damage

They won't unless the car has had blue brakes installed rather than the larger brake kit that was standard on all North American M2Cs. The larger brakes on the M2C don't fit any 18" wheels, they require 19s.
