Go aftermarket?
These seem decent. How difficult can it be to do yourself? https://www.jcfitment.com/oem-berger...hing-seatbelts

Changing out the belts is one of the easiest things your can do. I would say do it yourself. I bet the whole job is less than 2 hours if you take your time. Removing the trim is the only hard thing - While you have it off your can bypass your ASD.

Personally, I don't consider that "one of the easiest things you can do". Also wasn't a 2 hour job. Not trying to be argumentative, just saying i've had a belt swap done already and after seeing what had to be done, it isn't what I would consider quick or easy. |

They’re doing you a favor, this thing has too many M designations on it already. Anyone within a hundred mile radius can figure out that you’re driving an M car.

The rears are 130 euros each and the fronts around 180 euros each.
Around $750 including shipping. they remove the taxes. Fronts are the same as the M4 backs are model specific.

No. Cancelled the order. Bought a better than stock intercooler and am working on a big turbo. It has become all about driving for me and honestly I like the non "boy racer" interior. If I need a change I will pull the stock belts and have my upholstery shop stitch the edges. That costs $200!

The euro belt tensioner will not work in the U.S cars. If you do buy euro spec belts then the webbing will need to be transferred to your factory U.S tensioner.
