is it normal to hear the DCT clutch release when coming to a stop
on my '18 M2 with DCT, as I slow down to stop, I can often hear a soft "puhh" sound in the last 5 mph or so as I finally stop.
I would assume that its the clutches releasing just before the car comes to a stop. I'm hard of hearing so if I can hear it, it must be pretty loud for most people. its my first BMW and first car with DCT, so I don't know what's "normal" and what I need to be concerned about. |

Amen ‼️
OP: I'm not exactly sure what you're hearing but… Easiest troubleshooting is driving another DCT M2 for comparison

my local dealer says since I mentioned that I thought it was clutch-related that its a ~$200 diagnosis fee since "clutches" are considered a wear item and not covered under warranty. |
