Hi I'm having problems with a recurring cel 12b304.

I installed a Wagner sports cat last year and am having problems with the post cat o2 sensor heating circuit.

Cat monitoring is turned off as car is on bm3 stage 2 but I keep getting 12b304 cel.

I think the only way to stop it is extending the wires has anyone tried this. The location Wagner have used for the post cat o2 sensor puts a lot of strain on the cable.

Apparently turning off cat monitors will not stop this code as it's for a cable break on heating circuit

The wiring might be damaged on the 02 itself You may have to replace it, or replace the wiring itself

But that still doesn't solve the poor placement of the sensor itself that pulls on the wiring

I'd buy a different DP and sell the Wagner

I think fitting a new one and selling it will be best option. I have a cat less down pipe I could fit but I have an mpe exhaust think this combination would be way too loud

We offer the CTS catted downpipe, with no issue with the sensor location.

Yes IMO

But I'm not into making my M to loud

I have the M235i M performance exhaust and a catless downpipe - stock mid pipe. Sounds normal in daily driving, and only gets ‘loud’ (if you can call it that) in Sport mode.

The only thing I like about the MPE is the stock burbles. Not too obnoxious or loud. Otherwise I would have swapped it for a custom 3-3.5” mid pipe with resonator and Muffler.

For daily driving, I always recommend changing 2 of the 3 available components (downpipe, midpipe, axle-back). one is not enough, and 3 is too loud in most cases.

Question - are you selling midpipes only? I just see Fabspeed?

It's interesting you should say that

I'm still on a stock exhaust with FBO's and my car is responsible loud

I've got a catted downpipe on back order I'll install soon enough, but I can't imagine too much beyond that

We are in the M2 section, but your signature says M235, so I'm assuming you have an M235

AWE tuning in stock. We only sell it on the website as a complete exhaust but I will get it added today

AFE is not offered separately by the manufacturer
