As it's getting into the summer now and it's starting to get much hotter and we have shitty gas in CA so I was looking to use Boostane just for the summer months to be safe. Currently running BM3 Stage 1 - 91 with full bolt-ons minus HPFP. Should I be using 32oz/tank? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

there's the concentrated 'professional' version that you should be using. i'd say you need much less than 32oz per tank... https://boostane.com/boostane-mixing-chart/

If you have an E85 station near you, it might be a better option to run E20+ (with the flexfuel map and flexfuel sensor). I keep a few jerry cans of E85 at home so it usually isn't too much of a bother for me.

The reason I recommend this is because I've heard boostane can leave orange residue everywhere, but I don't know if that is actually detrimental. But the convenience may be worth it to you.

I was only able to get a hold of the "premium" but it looks like to get from 91 to 93, I can get away with around 3-4oz/tank

I have an E85 station right down the street from me. I thought we needed a HPFP along with the flexfuel map and flexfuel sensor to run a E85 mix?

flexfuel map and flexfuel sensor is only needed if you want the tune to automatically adjust to the actual ethanol content in your fuel tank. this is relatively new.

still available as an option, is to use a OTS tune that is designed for a specific ethanol concentration such as e30. your stock hpfp can certainly handle stage 1 e30 tune. once you get to stage 2 e30, that is about when the stock hpfp has trouble keeping up. the difference is that YOU have to mix to get to e30.

Our HPFPs should be able to handle E20-30 (although I did have some fueling issues at E30 when I was on stage 2 map so I would probably stay a bit below that - best to check your logs and make sure the HPFP isn't dipping too low on the top end).

Honestly, you might even be able to get way with not running a flex fuel sensor since the engine should be able to adapt to low levels of Ethanol anyways (pump gas can contain varying degrees of E).
