Great pictures of LCI - inside and out. Too bad not exec . I like the dash more than I thought I would - even with the chrome trim. Overall it is more composed but not amazing. Good enough.
I am guessing we will be able to get the gloss black trim part from 240i, if needed.

I was not gonna get exexcute package, but I have to have those updated headlights.

Anyway to disable driving assist permanently with a button?

Very interesting how there appears to be no dry carbon on the side vents. Cost savings there I guess.

Dry carbon? what is it and what is it for? Pardon my ignorance.

Edited: I guess it's carbon fiber, right?

The 2er has always had ugly tails. These tails are slightly less ugly. It's an improvement IMO because the indicators are LED and the incandescent indicators on the pre-LCI were ugly.

But no, sadly, the LCI has not made the tails massively beautiful like the 3/4er LCI did.

Someone mentioned earlier that it does remember how you last left the 'nanny button(s)' (toggled on or off) each time you restart the car.

From the pictures I've seen, I actually prefer the pre-LCI tail lights.

OTOH, if those are incandescent, I don't want them. LED is the future. I just liked the design a bit more.

I'll wait till I see them in person to truly judge though... and it's not gonna be a deal-breaker for me. (Headlights make a bigger difference IMO.)

Zooming in on the OP's most recent images, the stitching on the dash does actually look like it's not black, and therefore might actually be real. Having said that, it's definitely not blue stitching, which is a shame.

Not according to the Owner's Manual.

"The Intelligent Safety systems are automatically active after every departure."

Hoping someone who actual has this feature can comment and also let us know what country they are in.

I feel like my lane departure warning is a button that I can toggle on and off and if it's off, it stays off until I turn it back on again. I noticed it was off when I picked up my car from BMW last week after some service.

Can you take close pic of the knee pad and also, a closer pic of the dash. I would like to see the details of the double stitching on the dash. I've heard rumors that they are faux double stitching are actually stamps on the dash.

Thanks!
That is correct, the knee pad does NOT have the contrast stitching. I'll make some close ups later today.

In Belgium you have only one package which is the ConnectedDrive Service package. This contains Concierge Services, RTTI, ConnectedDrive Services and Remote Services. All the rest you have to select as individual options.

My car doesn't remember that. It always starts in Comfort mode with all nannies on and stop-start enabled.

Hate to add to the confusion since I'll be happy with either headlight option, but it looks like my ED order without the Executive Package includes adaptive headlights (which I assume to be the new hexagonal shape).

Yeah, I've seen this posted elsewhere in this forum. I suspect it's some sort of error on their build system / build sheets, especially after seeing that the LED, not-adaptive headlights exist per the original poster of this thread.

I suspect your headlights will look like the OP's, regardless of what the sheet says... but who knows. If everybody gets the hexagonal-halo turning lights even if they don't have Exec package, there will be a bunch of pissed off people in the US wanting something extra from BMW for our money.

I wonder if these (LED's) can be retrofitted to previous years.

OPs pictures (page 1) say otherwise. I'm skeptical that anyone who doesn't get the exec package is going to get hex 'icon' lights.
