The dates from the computer system picture showed the 2016 model year as an 8 month run from 11/15 to 6/16. Other existing models had 12 month runs that also ended in June. I therefore believe the F87 production will cease at the end of June, 2018. I can't find the original post either.

I found the earlier information in my notes. It indicated production will cease in 10/18.

Thanks W,even after 10 years i still love this car.I have no plans to sell it.I just hope that the M2 is as much fun to drive.

It's gonna be a Leased Garage Queen...hopefully valuations will offset any depreciation and then I'll pull the purchase cord at end of Lease.

In the meantime....I still get thumbs up often with my M3/4/5. I wish the ol Roundel made a go fast sedan that size today.
