I need to go measure my NT-01's actual width. Hopefully they are close to 305mm width as marked. Keep us posted. I'm curious to hear how your track days go and if you encounter any rubbing under higher suspension loads. |

First trackday of the year completed.
Set a time 1.5 seconds of my personal best with 95kg passenger and old Trofeo Rs from last year and completely stock engine. I am happy with that! I will go to Sweden on thursday to mount AP Racing rear brakes and some other upgrades and then it is soon off to G Power for some more power. |

If you are thinking of the slowest corner I am turning in very late with a late apex to reduce the oversteer I get if I go in ealier and get a earlier apex. No understeer. I will try a different line this year to see if I can save some time. It is corner balanced. Last edited by Andreas21; 04-10-2019 at 04:53 PM.. |

You need to make a "foot" to be able to use the original mounting posistion. I just made one from 2mm carbon fiber and bolted the battery to it and glues rubber feet to it. |

Did BMW remove the need to register the new battery? Or are you differentiating between registering and 'programming'? Of course you have always been able to install a new battery without registering but that is not recommended if you want to get max life out of it.
Registration has been recommended at least since the E90 (don't recall on my E46). I haven't swapped batteries yet so don't know for sure. I have used the Carly app to register a battery on my E90, E82, and E84. Last edited by Pyrat 2; 04-10-2019 at 07:50 PM.. |
