I wish I could ride behind the car sometime and observe the stance. I hope the next generation M2 continues that aggressive styling.
I am a stock ride height (or near) guy. Or put another way, I do not like cars too low. I do however like a dead even wheel gap.
Gotta be able to clear that roadkill without a dumb raccoon tearing off $1500 worth of splitters.

When I got my M2 I didn't so much mind the rear gap, it looked a TINY bit high, but the additional gap in the front just killed me.

Then I dropped the car.

No words can explain how much more presence it had. It was just immediately 50% better.

But if you never see one of these cars dropped, stock height isn't so bad.

Ceramic coating done. Removed front winglets. Waiting on lip to arrive in hopes that it doesn't scrape.

Love the red accents under the hood. Although, I think I'd do the blue to tie into the blue stitching inside and the calipers.

It happened.

Thanks to BMW roadside assist, the car was towed from my garage within 1.5 hours of occurring.

Oh damn. Did you hear anything when it happened or just felt the loss of power? Getting something online or replacing w/ stock via warranty?

It sounded like a balloon popped right after 4K RPM. Power would not go over 125HP according to the digital display, and obviously took it easy 5 minutes down the road to home.

It's still under warranty and covered by BMW roadside, so everything is covered.

Probably shouldn't have even been out on track that day with it being so wet out, but had already made the drive there to check out the conditions and paid for the day, so why not take a couple laps…

It was only the one corner with standing water, rest of the track was ok, but still… visor/windows were fogging to much.

I'm the paranoid guy that has towels on top of my floor mats as secondary floor mats, so I couldn't resist not bringing it up!

Great shot of your car!
