Just apply the new one straight over top of the stock one. No need to remove it, still works perfectly & it’s always reversible should you wish.

Is it a decal/sticker? When you say it still work perfectly do you mean you can use your finger to write letters or just rotate the wheel and toggle?

It’s the same as the adhesive steering wheel badge. Just rotate & toggle (that’s the only features I ever use).
