Front bumper looks way too large, bulky, and pronounced for this car. The proportions just seem off.

I like it, more so than the bigger bro's. I really like the proportions and the modern look. Even without the pwr dome and CF roof, overall it's not as understated as the e92. She's a randy little beast!

Wow thats ugly.
That bumper is way too aggressive for the rest of the car. Hugely dissapointed if it looks like that

That is certainly some bmw porn. Now, question: did you by any chance use your artistic imagination to make this sexier than it would actually be ?. That rear bump looks too aggressive. I'd love it, but seems like an expensive bumper for bmw to choose for m2

I'm not really feeling it... The front end looks awful, it's saving grace will be if the wheel arches are even more flared than these renders portray. Looks like an M235i with an aftermarket front bumper to me...

Front clip looks great. Although it would look more techinical with LED headlights which won't be offered unfortunately.
Rear bumper with vertical reflectors does NOT compliment any of the character lines. Similar to the X6M. Hopefully this rendering is just speculative.

Thanks to whoever did the mockups. Looks like we're getting closer and closer to the real thing now. It still looks slightly odd in some places, but that's to be expected with Photoshop mockups, so no worries here.
- I think the front might me pretty close. - On the side profile, I'm not quite sure about the shape of the rear fenders, but they might be correct. I really hope the front fenders will have the vent (from what we know so far, they probably will ). - I think the rear is a bit off in these renders (a bit too boxy/bulgy compared to the recent walkaround video). When it comes to personal taste: The only renders I dislike are the rear ones, but I also think that the real thing will look better than those renders. IMHO this is the best picture of the car so far: Attachment 1259775 When we had the first renders of the rear a few weeks ago, the car screamed AW to me, but with these renders, I think a darker color like MG or black will look great on it (which is good since I want my next car to have a lower-maintenance color, so probably MG for me ). |

These preliminar photos are awesome. Liking the M2 a lot , it looks very aggressive. A proper performance machine.
How will it be in price range compared to this new TTS? I don't like Audis, but this looks sharp... |

I like the front end render that Scott26 has been showing of the vision GT and hope that the M2 sticks more to that design than the one that's the basis of this thread. This one is just way too bulky and unproportionate and does not flow with the rest of the car at all. I like where this is going though.
